ADHD Assessment & Diagosis

4 sessions over a 3-4 week period where we will assess the child, talk with the parent/caregiver, obtain teacher evaluations, prepare a written report and share our feedback with diagnosis and treatment recommendations to the family.

Total cost for all 4 sessions is $650

ADHD Assessment & Diagnosis Process

Session 1

60 Minutes

In-person is preferred

A conversation with child and parent/caregiver to understand the concerns and symptoms.

Session 2

45 Minutes

In-person is preferred

A face-to-face session with the child to complete hands-on testing. The parent/caregiver will independently complete a written assessment.

Session 3

45 Minutes

Phone call, if needed

Clinician will score all input, testing, and assessments and complete report of findings. Client will be contacted if additional information is needed.

Session 4

45 Minutes

In-person is preferred

Final report is shared including diagnosis and treatment recommendations, which will include ways to reduce symptoms and ongoing management.
