Getting your child to sleep through the night is essential for your family’s overall mental and physical health.  Every child is different and needs an individualized plan to enable a successful and permanent sleep routine.  Step one is to request your free consultation and complete a few simple questions.  I will schedule a time to further evaluate your current sleep situation in a comfortable and non-judgmental way, allowing me to personalize a package that will work for your family.  We will discuss package options and answer any questions you may have.  After your purchase of a sleep package, I will share your individualized sleep plan, providing you with a consistent and predictable blueprint that will be easily interpreted and executed to meet your child's specific needs.  We will have a detailed coaching session to ensure a thorough understanding of the plan and how to implement it and I will be here with the support you need to ensure a successful sustainable outcome.

I have 3 of my own children, over a decade of experience in various child development teaching, coaching & learning environments and a Masters degree in Social Work.
