Why mental health therapy?

How often do ongoing therapy session occur?
We have found that therapy is most effective when sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis. It is possible to increase the time between sessions as progress occurs and you start to build confidence in the ability to create change on your own.
Does therapy really work?
Yes! Therapy absolutely works when you pair a good therapist with motivated clients who are willing to put the time and energy into the therapeutic process. ​
